WorkSeal is our first product, built for remodelers and home builders, from two-person shops to teams of fifty.

- Subs check in on each job with a short phone video. No app, no password, in their own language.
- Review the work, then pay by milestone, with lien waivers and insurance and W-9 tracking.
- Turn a site walkthrough into a client proposal.
- Change orders with client signatures and before-and-after photos.
Plus a private client page, daily reports, a QR sign for every job site, and QuickBooks sync.

Named for home.
Kenai Software is named for Kenai, Alaska, where we grew up. Our teal comes from the glacier-fed water of the Kenai River.
Today we build from Michigan, alongside the contractors who use what we make. We keep our tools simple, honest and useful on a job site.
